DateGenerationRule

Enum DateGenerationRule

pub enum DateGenerationRule {
    Backward,
    Forward,
    Cds,
}
Expand description

The direction in which a schedule’s periods are generated from its anchors.

A domain term also known as the date-generation rule; FpML expresses the equivalent through stub placement rather than a single enum. Templates carry the rule; the schedule builder consumes it.

Variants§

§

Backward

Generate backward from the termination date (the G10/EM default).

§

Forward

Generate forward from the effective date (e.g. onshore CNY swaps).

§

Cds

CDS schedule generation (IMM-dated, post-2015 standard).

Implementations§

§

impl DateGenerationRule

pub const ACCEPTED: &'static [&'static str]

Every spelling this vocabulary accepts, canonical forms first.

Matching additionally ignores case and _/-/whitespace — see normalize in core::vocabulary.

pub fn code(self) -> &'static str

The canonical code for this variant; round-trips through FromStr.
