Whether a calc type’s convention is fully pinned against a vendor screen.

The registry books every code it resolves, but for some the help page leaves part of the convention — a rounding tail, a tax mode, a projection method — to be confirmed against a live DES/YAS screen. That part is not guessed at: the row books what is pinned and says, here, what is not.
