Appended to the trade’s identifier: empty for the product, /fee/1, /premium/1, /floor/1 for the rest.

instrument: AnyInstrument

What is booked.

quantity: f64

How much: 1 where the instrument carries its own side, -1 for one without a side the reporting party sells.
