ParameterLabel

Enum ParameterLabel

#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum ParameterLabel { Pillar(NaiveDate), Meeting(MeetingId), Turn(NaiveDate), Level, Spot, }
Expand description

What one free parameter of a curve is, for risk labelling.

The order a curve reports these in is exactly the order Curve::view_with consumes a substituted vector and Curve::view_seeded counts a flat index — one walk, so a risk row and a seeded direction cannot come to mean different pillars.

This lives on the storage, never on the evaluation trait. A curve’s job is to answer what it is worth; what a risk ladder calls its parameters is the lift’s business.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Pillar(NaiveDate)

An ordinary dated pillar.

§

Meeting(MeetingId)

A step-curve pillar anchored at a central-bank policy decision.

§

Turn(NaiveDate)

A step-curve pillar anchored at a turn-of-period jump.

§

Level

A single undated level — a flat hazard, a quoted level with no pillar.

§

Spot

An FX spot owned by an implied curve.
