Enum PyBusinessDayConvention

How a non-business date rolls to a business date.
The core’s None — no adjustment — is the member Unadjusted, because
BusinessDayConvention.None is not something Python can spell; the
strings "None" and "NONE" still parse to it, and its code() is
still "NONE".
