Resolves a center code to a calendar, panicking on a wiring error.

For index and template builders whose center codes are compile-time constants. A bad code is a wiring bug, surfaced fast and caught by the registry round-trip tests rather than returned as a recoverable error.

Panics

If code names no calendar, quoting it and the underlying error. That is the point of this entry point: callers pass compile-time constants, so a miss is a wiring bug rather than a recoverable input error.
