Module jurisdictions 

Jurisdiction calendars, identified by FpML business-center codes (bare) and qualified BASE.SUFFIX market codes.

BusinessCenter is the canonical geographic identity: code() emits the FpML businessCenterScheme code and FromStr parses it back (plus parse-only aliases). MarketCalendar is the qualified market identity (e.g. USNY.NYSE); its code() is the qualified string, where the suffix is a helixio-defined market qualifier the FpML scheme cannot express. Both resolve their holiday data through the generated super::data::registry. Parsing is case-insensitive; code() always emits the canonical upper-case form.
