Function group_thousands 

fn group_thousands(x: f64, decimals: usize) -> String

A number with thousands separators at decimals places: -51606.31 at two is -51,606.31. nan and the infinities print as themselves. A value that rounds to zero prints without a sign, so a -0.00 never appears.
