Macro dispatch

macro_rules! dispatch {
    ($on:expr, $bind:ident => $body:expr) => { ... };
}

dispatch!(on, x => body): body evaluated with x bound to the product inside on, whichever it is — the forwarding match, written once for every per-product method.
