The block loop every quote block shares: eight forward lanes at a time, each seeding one parameter, quotes_for reading every rung’s quote in whatever view the seeded parameters build. Returns (read_back, dq): each rung’s quote at the parameters, and dq[i][j] = ∂qᵢ/∂paramⱼ.
