Binds every calendar source states, process-wide: a list of
CalendarSpec, or any object with a calendars() method returning one.
An ingested calendar overrides — a code already ingested is replaced, a shipped centre of the same code is shadowed — and every lookup afterwards, including a template’s when a trade is drafted, answers with it. No calendar anyone holds changes: a trade drafted before the ingest keeps its dates. Ingest calendars before drafting the trades that should roll on them.
